Settings
The operating parameters of IOZER basic are configured under Settings. These include the device name, network, users, datapoints, physical inputs and outputs, and the 1-Wire, Modbus, and MQTT interfaces.
Changes are first saved and then applied to the running device. Network and interface changes may require a restart or a new connection.
Interface
The settings are organized into tabs:
Operating principle
The buttons in the header apply to all tabs:
| Action | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Discard | Resets unsaved changes |
| Save | Saves the configuration permanently |
| Apply | Activates the saved changes on the running device |
For commissioning, a step-by-step approach is recommended: first check the network and time base, then configure the interfaces, create datapoints, and finally create program events.
